Participation conditions and rules
- Only persons whose permanent place of residence is outside Switzerland are entitled to participate.
- By registering and posting a video clip on YouTube, the sender and the other persons named on the registration are competing for an invitation to the filming of one of three promotional videos for the Swiss Travel System in September 2009. Should their application be successful, they agree to being accompanied and filmed by a camera team for 3 to 4 days of their 8-10 day stay along the route intended for the video and to the filmed graphic material (video and still images) being used worldwide for an unlimited period of time, without further payment or compensation to them, in order to promote the Swiss Travel System. (Contractual stipulation as per Point 4)
- The compensation for the film/image rights and moral rights as per Point 1 comprises the invitation for a free-of-charge, 8 to 10 day holiday stay in Switzerland, inclusive of the journey from the country of origin, free accommodation and meals, and free travel throughout the Swiss Travel System (rail, bus, boat) with a Swiss Pass during the entire stay. By registering for the competition, the applicants declare that they will be available to participate in the event during the course of the month September 2009. (Detailed discussions regarding filming dates will take place directly with the successful applicants.)
- The applicant is wholly and solely responsible for his/her participation in the Casting competition. The competition applicant also undertakes to obtain this agreement from all the other persons participating in his/her Casting application.
- The company commissioned to carry out the filming, Twin Productions, Biel, Switzerland, will conclude a contract with the successful persons in the Casting competition in which all the rights and obligations of the involved parties will be stipulated in detail.
- Responsibility for organisation will be borne by, and the host for the invited actors will be:
